Essential Safety Measure

If you have received a Building Notice/Order from the VBA or Council regarding maintenance of the Essential Safety Measure, we can carry out inspections and provide advice regarding Essential Safety Measures Program to help building owners with their essential safety measures obligations.

If you have received a building notice or order, works on your property are considered unsafe or illegal. This includes work without a permit, or without the right type of permit. We can assist you to right direction.

Building Consulting

JKM Building Surveyors provide a variety of consulting services to client to further assist them during a design and planning Phase.

We can be appointed Consulting Building Surveyor to undertake design advice without breaching code of conduct.

JKM can not be appointed Relevant Building Surveyor for these services.
